    My Process

    Phase 1: Initial Meeting / Organization Review

    I like to spend my time getting to know you and learning about your concept. I really think this is an important part of establishing a long term relationship. I want to hear about your own experience in the industry, learn about your passions and your vision for the future. I will meet with other stakeholders, the management team, review the business plan or vision, and finally learn about your culture.

    Phase 2: Needs Assessment

    I collaborate with you to determine the needed candidate positions and look for gaps in staffing and operations. Together, we will create candidate profiles, job specifications, requirements & pay structure to serve as a guide during the interview. This information allows me to refer to you the most qualified and informed candidates about your organization.

    Phase 3: Strategic Search, Recruiting and Interviews

    I will conduct an extensive search for the candidates based on your needs. I will interview the candidates for managerial experience, and the leadership competencies needed to perform the position at a high level. I like to also consider the intangibles. Do they have what it takes to become a successful leader in the industry? Do they have a smile on their face and a spark in the heart? Would this person be a good fit for the personalities involved?

    Phase 4: Final Interviews / Review

    I will send the most highly qualified individuals to be interviewed by you, ready for placement in your organization. I will also review and discuss with you any further concerns you may have regarding the candidate.

    Phase 5: Close the Candidate

    Once a final candidate has been chosen, I can extend the offer and explain the package.

    Phase 6: Follow-up

    Once the candidate begins employment, we will continue to maintain open communications, monitoring the candidate’s progression and your satisfaction during your new employee’s tenure.
